Again, in this particular lecture influence is mentioned. Influence forms a big part in design. It provides a new viewpoint for others to see and learn from. Yet influence can also be a threat, a threat that puts fears onto people from learning more. Maybe it is because of the fear of the unknown-dynamic world we live in, we all know. Ever-changing. Never stable.

Looking at freedom and design or art, if freedom was given so easily to people who believe design or in other fields such as science, can help to improve the world-would they be as determined? It is a bit of a controversy. If you can do what you like as you like-would you be that bothered in doing it? Maybe it was the fact of restriction that drives us, drive us to a point where no matter what may lie ahead, what the consequences may be-we want to experiment.

It is not about how we want to change the world or make things right. We just want to make it a better place to be in, if it was ever possible.
